This was our first time having vehicle service with valley hi Kia. Because of our quality service with Andy Wilson, we will continue to have our vehicle serviced at valley hi Kia. Andy was thorough and informative on work completed. Very happy with our experience.

Arche was supposed to be left in the vehicle when we picked it up after hours. We pick the car up using a spare key, and when we got home, we cannot find the Chi we left with the service department. This is very disappointing, and we will not be able to reach the service department until Monday morning. Service reps should communicate with customers about where the key will be locked in the car exactly, so this doesn’t happen with future customers.
