I wasn't dissatisfied with the service at all. You guys do a great job. Just wasn't satisfied that Kia may not cover the break work needed on my soul EV that is under warranty and has less than 15K miles on it. Apparently that is under review now with Kia.

My service rep was terrific explaining what they needed to do with our Optima. Unfortunately the dealership needed to order a part which means I had to leave the car. He offered a rental if I needed it which I didn’t. They got the part the next day and had the car finished by 4:00 pm. Very pleased with the results.
