They looked for every possible issue and put in additional effort to fix my vehicle. Their communication was amazing as well and I was easily able to get a status update whenever I wanted.

Everybody was wonderful and kind. The car runs beautifully. There needs to be better communication with the customer on the status of their vehicle. I feel like if I don't go up to check on the status, I would end up sitting there for hours. I also declined a car wash because many times it just sits in the car wash bay after it's serviced and adds on another half and hour plus.

but I now have to wait til it shuts down again to bring it into KIA
for dead battery diagnosis and that could cause a real incovenience for me, but our service rep said he could help with a possible loaner.

I was misinformed at the time of booking the appointment, on how long the application of the products would take. I was informed at drop off how long it would actually take- which was longer than anticipated. This was an inconvenience to me because I had to find a vehicle to use for a day longer than originally planned.
I was happy to see that the valve stem caps were replaced, thank you.
However, I was under the assumption the car would get cleaned inside and out, per proir conversation with Jeff Weiss because of dissatisfaction with cleanliness of car at purchase. During pick up today after products were applied and the car cleaned, I was still dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the car. He is still working with me to resolve this problem.
I was also not warned or notified I would be getting texts from someone in the service department. This seems like a cool feature, I just didn't know what to do upon receiving. I wish the person checking me in was friendlier, more approachable, and explained the text messages.
In regards to the outcome of application of the products, I don't know how they turned out because I picked up my car right as it was getting dark. I will look at the application tomorrow in the sunlight.
I look forward to resolution for cleanliness and friendlier service so I can start writing positive reviews about West Hills Kia.

We were told the oil change would take about two hours. We walked to Costco and then to have lunch. Came back 2 1/4 hours later, no one was at the desk but we spoke with someone about being here for our car, they told us they would let William know. We sat in the lobby another 45 minutes I went back to the desk again and asked about my car again William was still not around and I just happen to look at the board and saw my keys were there and inquired about them they said oh yeah your car is done. Meanwhile we're watching service people congregate around the counter just talking this whole 45 minutes it was just unacceptable service. It's really sad KIA is great when they want to sell you something but not so great on service.
