The team caught something that my insurance company's inspection team had not. I explained my situation to Richard when he explained everything that was found. Without hesistation, he let me look at the damage myself And asked if I wanted to take pictures to help me with my claim and even offered to talk to my insurance company if needed. This was a follow up to my oil change due to a leak caused by the technician and the explanation of residual oil was a coverup for shoddy work. A truthful explanation would have been a better route, however, the problem seems to resolved and I'm happy with that.
