Kia of Bedford and my 2011 Sorento have been good to me. When problems arise they’ve been very accommodating by offering a free oil change or providing a loaner at no charge. While I hope my vehicle lasts a few more years, I’ll strongly consider purchasing another new Kia from this dealership.

My engine has radiator fluid all over it. Why wasn't it cleaned? My reservoir is low. My oil change maintenance warning comes on but no called to see if i wanted an oil change. My tires are have very low tred but no-one noticed. Also no one asked about my 30000 mile check up.
