As expected, my service appointment at Valley High KIA was without unexpected surprises. From beginning to end I was treated courteously. The Service Advisor, Stacey, always makes certain everything is done that was requested and has good information of services needed for the next visit. Stacey also makes sure to check if things that need attention are covered by the warranty when it’s applicable. The vehicle is nearing its 100,000 mile mark and I will continue to go to Valley High because everyone involved is making sure my ride is in impeccable order.

I brought my car into service in May I spent $800 and was told to bring my car back for a cup llink repair and since it’s under warranty it would be covered. I request a schedule change at work to bring it back June 28 for Eric to call me back and tell me it is not my cup link and he wants me to know that he wasted a lot of time checking the cup link. Like it’s my fault one of his mechanics told me that at last and very expensive service appointment. He tried to do nothing to help me Ken come to an understanding just pay pay or stop wasting his time.
