I’m a regular client but I’m getting to the point that I may have to find another service center. This is not just about Ron. The whole thing about lacking tech and staff and disorganized appointments is causing a lot of hassle. I was turned down a few times at this service center too because of that issue. On my last appointment, I got charged by my son’s school for late pick up. Lastly, when a customer is trying to see if there’s any way to get a discount especially a regular client please respond to this on a professional manner. Asking me in a passive - aggressive way like - “do have a family member who works here?, “are you a veteran?” , “are you senior citizen?” - (obviously not), followed by - “then no, I can’t give discount unless you find a coupon”.
Sense of order, organization, good attitude and manners are things to work on.

Andy Patterson and management really went to bat for me regarding my catalytic converter, which Kia should have paid to replace when I brought in my car for the big recall. They made things happen and as a result, I don’t have to spend $1500-$2000 on a new cat. I’ve always trusted the service department but this time, they really went above and beyond.
