I was shown every hospitality by the staff and appreciated their attention to detail and the lengths they went to for my satisfaction. The service Technician was great. But i find out that my car has a recall on the Turbo and you don’t have the part. Now i got to make another appointment when the part comes in to fix it. I also wanted a shake to be looked at and they told me it was going to take about 4 hours to look at. That’s crazy and didn’t expect that to take so long. Thats not good to have customers wait so long. Kia didn’t send me a letter about the recall again not good business. But the Technician was great.

Today I had the 30,000 mile service performed on my 2016 Kia Forte Koup. I was very happy with the service I received, but I’d most like to mention how the service department went above and beyond when it came time to checkout and pay. I was informed by the service department advisor that my form of payment method wasn’t working. After several minutes on the phone to my bank regarding why my payment method wouldn’t work I determined I needed to go to my local bank branch to resolve the issue. Luckily the West Hills Kia service department was kind enough to provide me a ride to my local bank branch so I could resolve the situation and provided me a ride back to the dealership and I was finally able to make my payment. Thanks to West Hills Kia for providing a great customer service experience at all levels including Sevice Advisor, shuttle service, and professionalism.
