Unable to make contact with service center for followup questions and scheduling lyft pickup. My service advisor was excellent and advised me that if I needed to call, if I couldn’t get him, to call the cashier. The phone system never allowed me to input the cashiers extension, no was the operator helpful in connecting me to anyone who could assist me in service. Great service and scheduling, difficult communications.

We live in Banning, about a 25-35 minute drive depending on time of day, and even though the Palm Desert location would be a easier drive, will still make drive to San Bernardino !!
