The employees were polite as always, however I signed a paper stating that the estimated total would be 650 and then I showed up to pay after my car was serviced and they charged me 800. I do not think this is fair, tax or misc charges should be in the estimate or else it isn't an estimated total. I am lucky I had the full 800 or else I don't know what I would have done.

I had a 10am appointment and it was 2 hours later it was done. They shouldn’t schedule an appointment if you can’t do better than 2 hours. My time should not wait that long. What if I had another appointment.
The adviser was very good at his job. I am satisfied with him.
