I took my car in for oil change and the guy told me I was at my 30,000 mile maintenance and he recommended that I should get it involves them rotate my tires changing filters checking my brakes balancing my tires Checking all fluids And it calls for this was $229 plus tax and shopCame out to be $258It would take them about an hour and a half to get all these things done I was text 45 minutes later that my car was done the guy went over with me everything that he said was done an my car was in good conditionAdd to inspect in my car I noticed that the tires hadn’t been rotated the OIL was dirty hadn’t been changedNothing has been done to my car but yet they Written it up as it wasI had paid the $258 I asked to speak with the manager he said he would check the cameras and come back to me he came back and stated that I received a very poor job and that he will return the money I paid so does that mean that everything I was told was a lieThat my brakes was good that my vehicle was in good condition so will I be driving down the road and not be able to stop thinking that my brakes are good So do that mean I’m driving my car thinking I just got my oil changed an my engine locked up because OIL hasn’t been changed When I was told it had been was the lugs on my wheels securely tightened will my wheels come off as I’m driving All these things come to mind people put a lot of trust in mechanics to do the right thing I am in disbelief that a company like Kia of Bedford would do such a thing it’s not about the money I trust you guys with my life I drive this vehicle on the freeway constantly day in and day out I’m a essential worker And to think that I brought my car in to be serviced and checked and I was missed lead I am really thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau and the news media and social media it puts a? If other people has been done this way

Yes, I was completely satisfied with my visit. As soon as I walked into the dealership Andy remembered me from my last appointment and even asked about my family. It made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, but part of the Kia family. People like Andy makes me want to come back to Kia with all my Soul needs, and he even liked how I decorated my Soul which is a huge plus in my book. But even if that wasn’t the case Andy Wilson was very friendly and professional and explained every service that would be happening during my appointment, and also explained the services and prices for my next visit. I trust Andy Wilson with all my car needs and look forward to seeing him again the next time I’m at Kia. Thank you Andy, and thank you Kia for providing me and my family with excellent service.

Always met right away, Andy was who took care of me and was so wonderful. Told me everything they were going to do, and how long it would take. They finished in less time. The service Department is always awesome!!!

The person who attended me has no education and seems to be a person with a lot of attitude, he was not cordial or friendly and they also washed my car very badly, I told him and none paid any attention to me.
