Came in on Saturday, having issue with Propane system. Tech found a line chewed open by a rodent, technician worked getting fixed properly early that week, with a part was needed ordered. Unit was fixed correctly in a very reasonable time. Much appreciated as many RV dealers are not run as efficiently. Thank you

So I’m in my camper for maybe three weeks my refrigerator goes out. My big TV goes out and I have a leak in my bathroom sink that runs under my bedroom nightstand all out on the floor I take it in I move back out of my camper which I’m living in And take it in and they work on it and get it back to me in record time and I check everything out and it’s working, so yay. But after two nights, my TV goes out. My refrigerator goes out my plug-ins all on the same side go out the leak comes back because water is pouring out from under my nightstand and the bathroom sink. It’s a total disaster and on top of that my hot water tank will not come on so I’ve not had hot water and it is December, they won’t come out and fix it so I’m have to move out for the second time. I really want to get rid of this camper because I can’t do it anymore.

We were supposed to have a storage door replaced, per our signed agreement, and it was not. We were told that it was replaced and didn’t need to be painted but that was not the case. We picked our camper up exactly the way we brought it in. We are not happy with the results. When they told us it came painted but we could see the water runoff down the entire side, that was a sure sign it had not been replaced.
