You still have my unit after almost 4 weeks, have been promised calls by the end of the day no less than 5 times and have never recieved one. Ounce we purshased our unit from acworth everything has been horrible. Open roads has had possession of our camper for 3 of the last 12 months, scariest part about its isthe repairs are very minor. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss further if you wish. At this point I just want my camper back so I can take it to a competent company.

Elizabeth has been great so far, but we are not done and very unhappy about the continuing problems with our new camper. We have been camping at Navarre Beach since Saturday. As soon as we set up we found out the slide wouldn’t not roll out. It is jammed. We also found out the first time we went to shower the hot water heater stopped working. It turned on and heated up once and then quit working. The thermal coupler is bad for the second time.

They continue to have turnover with employees and I can understand why if they are treated anything like the customers. I dropped my unit off on 7/9/2022 for the 15th time to have warranty work completed that has been open since the day I bought the unit brand new on 3/13/2021. I have dealt with 17 different people since this began. 3 weeks ago I was called to come pick up my completed unit finally, however after waiting for 50 minutes in he lobby, **** happened to walk by and ask what I was doing there and began to explain nothing was completed. Jason (Service Manager) told me they would just out right purchase remaining parts instead of waiting on warranty approval since these items have been supposedly fix multiple times. 2 weeks later I call up to the Acworth store and speak with Shannon and she explained that some parts were obsolete from Norco and said Jason would contact me back. He never did, but James called me yesterday and said that the warranty finally was approved for what Shannon said was obsolete parts they are not good at communicating within to ensure their lies add up. So today is now almost 12 weeks since I dropped off the unit and it’s still not completed. Open Roads RV has now had my brand new unit that I purchased from them on 3/13/21 for over a total of 9.5 months as each time I take it to them they keep it months at a time and claim they have fixed everything and didn’t do nothing. I have contacted Drew Tutton on multiple occasions and found him to be just as useless. The manager at Acworth had guaranteed me when I brought it back on 7/9/22 they he and his employees were committed to working overtime to complete all this in 2-3 days. He had never called me nor introduced himself to me at any time. Jason give me his cell number, but had yet to answer and when you call up to the store to get an update he is always in a meeting. I am currently seeking legal advice to see what I can do as this is pure negligence. I would never recommend anyone to use their services nor purchase anything. I am a very patient person, but this is gone way too far. I hope someone from this store actually reads this and has the common decency to contact me.

I’ve been trying to get my tire and rim back from them since April. They lost it after I dropped it off in January. I’ve drove up there at least 6 times checking on it. This week they said they had it ready but where my rim is polished aluminum they had it painted grey or silver. This is so unprofessional. I would never use this location again.

We purchased from out of state, despite our attempts to schedule to limit trips, y’all made it very difficult for us. Breaking things which required us to make additional trips to Acworth, not realizing that you had told us quick service was available, then being surprised at our expectations. Our last trip was better, but still disappointed when your service advisor called a day later to tell me that “you hadn’t hit us up for inspection fees”, when it was our final check under purchase agreement…

Ken is always great to work with!! We hear horror stories all the time about ppl having issues with dealers after the sale is complete. Not the case at open roads. You guys are the model that other dealers should follow.

The service department had our RV for over a week. They change the bad batteries, check for propane leaks and detailed the unit. Drawers that are completely ng off the tracks where never repaired. We are leaving on vacation Monday 7/11 and couldn’t spare to have them keep it any longer.
