It might not seem like a big deal, but I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed after my service. I said sure, but when they drove the car up it was not even dryed off. I had to stand there and dry it off myself.

Let me start by saying I won’t be taking my Honda Civic back to this dealership for service. My daughter took car in for a simple oil change but to my surprise by the time she informed me the additional work she agreed to have done it was too late for me to decline for them to perform work. She was told her car needed to have her brake fluid flushed & replaced. The work was done and three weeks later my daughter called me and informed me something was wrong with the car and her brakes were Very low and had a message on her dash her brake fluid was Low Not to Drive it & take it to her nearest Honda dealer for immediate attention. Had to have car towed to the dealer and I was told by the tow truck driver that my right front tire was leaking brake fluid onto the inside part of the rim. He checked and determined the purge valve (niple) had not been tightened and he was able to hand tight with his hand. Turns out the technician Did Not tighten the Purge Valve and eventually leaked all the brake fluid out. My daughter or myself couldn’t of noticed there was a leak since the leak was in inner part of the rim so it wasn’t until the brake fluid was out that we were able to know of the problem. This is unacceptable and Is something that could have had a very bad outcome had she been driving on the highway and unable to stop the car have an accident. I will no longer be taking my car for service to them and all I can say is I was only offered a $75.00 credit for my next service & what I have to say to that is my Daughter’s safety is much more valuable than your money. Keep it and know I will let my family and friends not to trust their vehicle for repair to you. I’m beyond shocked that no one in your service department bought this issue prior to releasing it for her to drive.

Dropped off my Pilot at 7 am and it an about an hour and a half. I got a message that it was done. Dropped it off for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great and so was the customer service.

Norm Reeves Cerritos was just trying to get me in and out on my service appointment Friday, July 11, 2025. I’ve gone to a different dealer for service one time, Cerritos is my home dealer where I got my car. Norm Reeves Cerritos is well aware of my history with them as they had my vehicle for almost 6 months waiting for parts back in 2024. Resulting in three loaners. When I was greeted Friday, I was actually a little excited and felt I would be taken care of. My service advisor heard and made note of my concerns and let me know that we can discuss what additional services would be required, recommended as well as which would be a higher priority. Less than 90 minutes after I dropped my car, it was ready. I’ve Never had service completed that fast whether coming early or later in the day. I was a little concerned wondering if everything was even done or done correctly. I was sent my multi point inspection and within that same minute was texted that my car was ready and to come pick it up. No discussion of what was found. No discussion of the concerns I brought to my advisor at check in. I’m normally used to being updated of my multi point and then we discuss what was found. I’m asked if I’d like to move forward with any additional services or if I’d want to come back later. None of this happened. I tried texting my advisor my questions with no response. I called the dealer I believe twice with no response. I received a text, not a call back “ Sorry we missed your call. How can I help you?” from Aiden. When my service advisor called me back he seemed over it. I asked if I’d need any additional service and he simply replied “well you don’t have to get any of this… it’s recommended”. After he told me this morning we can discuss which would be a higher priority to start with. He did address my brake concern but that was it. Just seemed like they wanted me in and out, don’t ask any questions. I was told my fluids should at least be topped off after my service too and they weren’t. My tire pressure was actually filled this time but not fluids. Just seems like Cerritos will do the bare minimum, nothing more or less. Kyle has always taken care of me although he’s not a service advisor but not sure if I’ll be back.

I scheduled an appointment for 7/12 today at 7:00 am. My Mileage was 104094 for a Replacement Super Synthetic Oil & Oil filter for $69.95 amd Tire rotation for $29.95. My advisor was Benito Torres, He suggested that because my 2017 Accord Sport was over 100,000 miles he recommended 3 additional services. I agreed to Replace platinum tip spark plugs at $249.95. I asked for a discount and he offered $20.00 than increased it to $30.00 the total bill was $334.00 . I Glad Benito recommended that I should do the spark plugs first and I agreed and think Benito was professional had my car ready and was in about 90 minutes. I appreciate his recommendation and will one back for service again at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach

I recently had my car serviced and worked with Sal Lua as my service advisor. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sal was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain what my car needed and answered all my questions patiently. I really appreciated how he kept me updated on the status of the service and was upfront about the costs and timeline—there were no surprises, just honest and transparent communication. Thanks to Sal’s excellent service, everything was finished on time, and my car is running perfectly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to feel confident about the work being done.

My service representative was great! Once I drove home and got out of my vehicle I noticed the inner wall of my left right tire area was not put on correctly (I have pictures). It was sloppy work and my car has a little over 7,000 miles and this should have been checked before it even left the service shop. It was clearly visible. I had to drive back up to the service center to have this fixed. My service provider took charge and was able to get it fixed while I waited and made sure it was done quickly which I appreciated. From my understanding the piece was put on upside down? And not all the bolts were placed on. As a non car mechanic- if this was visible to me the technician knows better and should have never sent this out completed. I had to bring my new car in because the gas lid was broke and wouldn’t open so I couldn’t get gas. Two parts had to be ordered just to fix it. The center is busy but that’s no excuse to send cars to their owners in such a careless way.
