First, Julie was not helpful. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. My car was ready at 11am but I received no call or text. I called around 1pm to see if my car was ready and they let me know the notes states it was ready. When I came in and let Julie know, she said my old number was on file but I receive all text and calls to my number expect this time. It didn’t seem like she put any effort into calling me to ensure I reduced the text.
Second, she didn’t explain to me what was needed for my car. I have got my car serviced there for about 5 years since my 2020 car. The advisor always explains to me perfectly that I leave happy: this time, I went to my car and returned after reading my report. I had to ask her what I needed for my car. There was really no use for her to speak to me if there was going to be no sense of customer service.
Third, I am leaving to my house and my tire pressure sensor went off. All around horrible experience. Never have I had such horrible experience at this location. Long waits, sure. No explanation? Never.
