I purchased some items 2 days earlier and was attempting to return the items..at the time of purchase I paid with Sunbit..I did explain that to the dealership(Norms Reeves Honda West Covina)... the Parts department was refusing to supply me with a return receipt as my evidence of the transaction! They keep going back and forth between Service Dept..and Parts..if they are well trained and follow law..they should be aware that a customer has the right to request a receipt for the return transaction..For them keep sending me between Parts and Service is Not professional and looks wrong and inexperienced in their role as "professional l" for customer satisfaction.They as well used up 1 hour of my time..Which i had to notify my supervisor i was going to be late..which is not what I needed to do..if they were knowledgeable of the process for this transaction..This experience is unacceptable and unnecessary..if they feel they are not knowledgeable about a subject or transaction I suggest they receive in depth training!

Service providers have been great. The Accord has been everything that Road and Track and Car and Driver said it was. My whole beef is with the continuing problem of taking updates with the OTA system necessitating including that in my routine maintenance service request. I was told that the mechanics were having trouble with the update, wasting everyone’s time and effort. Like last September, I guess they had to disconnect the battery so I again lost my profile and settings. It didn’t help that the hood was left ajar and I’m glad I noticed it early in my quest to get my car back to normal. American Honda should address all this with a TSB or something!

You asked about tire rotation from my son but you need to ask me next time bec I pay for this. Pls don't ask about tire rotation. I get my tires somewhere else and get tires rotated for free there. My son is using the car now. I was not happy about paying for tire rotation.
