Ive been going to Norm Reeves Honda to have my 2018 serviced since I bought the car. Ive experienced great customer service, All from service department are friendly and courteous. Genaro stand out. He doesn’t push for “other” services and knows what your car really needs. He is a true asset to your team. Others will push you to “get” the service your car doesn’t really need. Some doesn’t understand that the person infront of them knows the how-to-maintain a car. Genaro understands that and will offer ONLY what your car truly needs.

Sal made my visit very easy and friendly. I took my civic in for a valve adjustment and brake fluid flush and I had special request to know what the before and after measurements were on the valve adjustment. He noted that I was the first customer to ever ask for the measurements but, as someone who does most of their own mechanical work, I was interested in knowing what the specs were. Sal also didn’t push anything extra on me which I greatly appreciated. In addition, Sal is very knowledgeable which made it a great experience.
