Trevor was nice and tried to be sympathetic to our issue with the vehicle. I was disappointed in the process and outcome of the issue of the vehicle because it was not solved. We have a 2025 honda pilot trail sport earlier this year, as we were driving down the freeway my husband noticed the car wouldn't accelerate properly and once home trying to park the vehicle would not reverse. The tranmission and engine light turned on. So we decided to call honda towing services as it was part of the package we got and they told us they couldn't tow the car to Cerritos honda only to the nearest one which was Long Beach honda which didn't make any sense as I'm sure long beach honda would have just towed it to Cerritos. Thankfully we have AAA.Then we get there understanding it was already closing time for seevice so we filled out a paper and left it to get a response the next day. We got the call which it was Friday morning, we explained what happened and what had turned on. They said that the would clear those "codes" and drive it around to see if it happens again. So we told them go ahead keep it for the day as my husband did not need it till Saturday for work the next day. On Saturday we get another call from Trevor explained that we can go get the car and they really didn't do anything because the the alert did not come back up, but that most likely the issue will happen agian eventually. Which to me was alarming as we have a 1 year old baby and I couldn't imagine if this happened again and cause a accident. I explained my concern and Trevor did try to see if we can get a loan car while they continue to figure the problem out. Unfortunately he was denied and basically said Honda can't do anything to the vehicle unless the error continued. So I did affirm that if and when this issue does return and any of my family is harmed Honda will be in complete responsible for it. So there was nothing else then to pick up our vehicle. Once we get there since I had no idea who is Trevor or where he was stationed we asked the 1st person in the offices that we were their to pick up our vehicle and before I can finish my sentence he replies very rude " you have to go to the person that took your car" i explained we left it on Thursday night and there was no one and before I can finish my sentence he said "it's the guy second to last" so then we go to him and looks at us like what do you guys want. Once agian i started to explain that we were here to pick up our vehicle and he repeated the same thing from the guy before " you have to to the person that helped you" at this point i got a bit frustrated and told him I'm sorry but I need you guys to understand we towed our car after hours so we're not sure who to go to. Then he said what's the phone number and make of the car. I told him he looked it up and said the guy you want us outside over there and pointed basically brushing us off right after. Finally we found the person that I guess was the only one that can help us. He told us basically what he mentioned over the phone which by then I just wanted to go home. We made an appointment for an oil change and left. We been customer's with Honda for 7 plus years plus bringing in 5 family members to Honda as new customers. This was my 1st unpleasant experience with Honda and I hope its the last.

Am not satisfied with any of the service done by Honda. Its ridiculous and pathetic service.My car honda crv 2025 had to do 2 battery change and still needs to jump start my car.upon talking to managers they told me to do the lemon law and when asked to give us in written which they couldn't provide the written comment.so frustrating, will never recommend anyone to get a vehicle with them big brand but small mindset.

I am not satisfied with customer service, and car satisfaction. We recently bought the car and has minor scratches that were supposed to be fixed by the dealership I took it because Pedro from sales department gave me a due bill for it and and turned me away the first time the second time around I was turned away because the due bill didn’t have a “clear” description of what kind of detail the car needed. Kevin or harry helped from Customer Services but upon picking my vehicle up it still had the same issue they told me to re contact Kevin from customer services
