Simona from Service was so sweet and communicative- however it would’ve helped that my payment confirmation was made visible to those who held my keys (Sales). When I went to pick up my keys on Sunday- it was super frustrating that they asked for payment and that I had to provide proof even when I had said I already paid via Glovebox link. Fortunately I had the confirmation text saved, but even with that, the staff member physically took my phone to show it to another employee for approval. If I hadn’t saved the text or even forgot my phone, I felt they’d hold my car hostage and I’d be stranded without a ride. It was kind of embarrassing- I would say they should feel ashamed for having put a loyal paying customer through this.

John Le always offers the best customer service for his clients. John does an excellent job of explaining what to expect in terms of service and pricing so that customers aren’t shocked when they get a call from him. Even when receiving a call of the worst case scenario, John listens to his clients concerns about what may need to be addressed right away or a service that could be held off for the time being. I never feel pressured by John to absolutely move forward with a service until I have a full understanding of the service being offered and why. I will always continue to take my Honda to Norm Reeves as they treat me like family. Catherine should be proud of her service team members as they all work well together even if John is unavailable. They will check in with myself to make sure that I feel I have the best experience as possible.

The best service department that we have ever worked with keeps us coming to this Honda Vista location. The entire team seems very customer oriented, which is great! The dealer represents the Honda brand very well. Sal and the others who helped us with service have all been A+. I found that the next closest location which was Honda. Temecula was not the best overall service. I feel as if that dealership service department failed to make a personal long lasting relationship, either as a whole and even through the advisors. I’m great to have this location near to us and to be able to make honest maintenance recommendations.
