Benito is the best!! He and his brother Javier (mechanic) are the only reason I take my two vehicles to H B Norm Reeves to get serviced. Benito is an outstanding service advisor and his Javier is an excellent mechanic. Totally satisfied with the service and would highly recommend both of them. They both deserve a raise!

This is the second time I have made an appointment to get the strut fixed on my vehicle, where I come into the shop and you don’t have the part. Now I have a third appointment, what I don’t have is a fixed vehicle. There needs to be something in place where you appointment setter can check inventory, or something in place where repairs that aren’t common are checked by your customer service reps before your customers drive down to the store. Once the customer takes time off to coordinate driving down there, and getting a ride back since you’ve stopped the shuttle service; the answer can’t be, “ya, we don’t have the part to do the thing you booked for” Also an apology after the second time wouldn’t have fixed things but it would have meant more than a, “Ya, we don’t have it. I can order it but it will take time.” I had to I ask if we could set up an appointment for the future, wasn’t even offered. it’s like your shop doesn’t like money or something. I made my appointment with plenty of time for your shop to have the part in stock when I arrived. Your team just didn’t do anything to attempt good service, again. Now I have to take more time away from my other responsibilities because your team didn’t do things right the first time, or the second time. Fingers crossed for the third I guess.
