Vehicle was not returned how I brought it in. Also rear brakes were at 6mm not 3mm as stated on the inspection sheet.

Horrible communication. Confusing communication. Texting is horrible and not efficient, time efficient, or clear. Over charged with lack of communication and unclear. Was told on 3 different days the car was ready and then each time still going thru diagnostics. Horrible with crystal who doesn’t text in a timely manner or call back in a timely manner. Figure out a better way ford! Still don’t even have my car back and this survey is requested.
