I don’t have problem with Javier Lopez, he was very nice and professional. My concern was about the appointment system, PLEASE do NOT overbook !!! My appointment was at 10:15, I arrived early (9:49) to insured I came on time. However to my disappointment the service representative (Javier) only approached my at 10:46, that’s unacceptable !!! Almost an hour wait, even with an appointment, I understand… they were busy, it’s Monday morning, but still thsts NOT an excuse. DO NOT overbooked, as we are all busy and thsts why we made appointment. 15 minutes wait is more reasonable than a 32 minutes ????????. I better go to other dealer, after my 36 years of loyalty to your center, and I’m not appreciated. Thank you for opening my eyes for NOT to come to norm reeves AGAIN !! Thanks for sending this survey for me to voice my concern.

Q told me he would have my car done in an hour and a half to two hours max. I doubt getting in my car four hours later. After many attempts of trying to reach him through calling him calling the receptionist, the reception is giving him my messages and through texting the number they provided. When I requested a shuttle, I got zero response and had to call my father-in-law and ask him for a ride. I also miss the doctors appointment that I’ve been waiting for and now I have to reschedule it a month later. Super unprofessional and would not recommend going back for service especially with Q. On the invoice, there was a $30 charge which the manager noticed and had to take off because I have a maintenance plan through Toyota. I asked for an oil change and I’m questioning it if it even got done due to the invoice, saying only topped off oil and fluids. I don’t even know if they did what I asked.

I would like to thank Moe jaber he always take care of me when I take my car in. I told him what was the problem. He made sure that it was taken care of. This is my mother‘s car she left for me. She passed away last year Moe always make sure that when this car was taken care of he is a great person in this company should be grateful because this kindness and thoughtfulness carries a long way. I don’t know about the service. The mechanic did I didn’t clean my engine very well, but there’s another subject, but all I know is that moe make sure that my car is taken care of. I even told him that I’m going to travel to Utah and he told me everything is good. All I want to say is I’m so grateful to moe it’s took care of me. I will always recommend to any buddy who’s going to serve your car to see Moe jaber last note thank you for this company to hire him. Thank you again.

George was great service. Just one thing, they should of told me it was going to take 7hrs, I needed a ride home and no one provided me with one ride home, I don’t have any person to pick me up. Or any one else. No one offer me a water or at least some cookies since I don’t have any cash to eat.
