My experience was more than excellent today, Joshua Martinez was a great help to me. He was very polite, very knowledgeable, very professional, and provided to me more than excellent customer service. It was the first time meeting and working with him, but I believe it was the best experience ever.

Josh is an amazing employee!!! Everytime I need service, I try to find him and feel so blessed when I get him as my service provider. Today i recieved the BEST of the BEST service. I was actually seated by where his desk was located and observed him interacting with other customers along with a few that were seated next to me and he is an overall amazing, polite, great listener, observer, explains everything with detail, courteous, respectful young man.
