Paul was very professional and cordial. We appreciated his excellent service. One concern that we had was a lack of social distancing between employees that were driving customers’ cars. Frequently they stood 1 to 2 feet apart in conversations, and even participated in a bro – hug after which they got into customers’ cars and drove them to service areas. This is a practice that should be modified for everyone’s safety and good health. As a whole, we feel that Honda renders excellent service.

Every technichian I talked to was very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the service provided. However, Honda should space out their apointments better. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change, and I was on time for my apointment. Overall I feel better about servicing my vehicle at the dealership.
