Sam was EXCELLENT!!!! Professional, ambitious, went well above the call of duty to insure I was satisfied and my husband and I are very much satisfied. I’ve been with this dealer since I purchase my car. Things went very well. The explanation there might be a long wait due to shortages of mechanics. I said ok and was willing to wait. Well, after three hours (there weren’t very many people waiting for there car. Didn’t see any cars moving outside. I was looking out the glass and thought I saw my car in the line up of finished cars so I went outside to look. Yup, my car. Went back inside (only saw one rep helping a lady. When they were finished he finally asked me if he could help. I asked why my car was finished and on one every told me. He stated that the rep got called away. Wow, so how long was I going to sit there until he was back. Yea, I was disturbed.
