I want to be specifically clear that SAM my service advisor was AMAZING! 1st time he ever helped me out. I hope I get him again. Helped me get a discount and explained everything to me and even rushed my service! However, the SALES DPT disgusted me. I seen employees wearing no mask or mask on their chin. Talking to each other at close range. Look at the cameras. This place is a health hazard. How hard is it for employees to wear a mask properly. I was thinking of trading my vehicle but after seeing that, no thanks. All employees need to be informed that coronavirus is not a joke. And I felt uneasy after getting my vehicle back. If HONDA has employees not wearing their mask in plain view, who's to say the person in the back with my vehicle is??? I feel like reporting this place! In shock and I spent hours disinfecting my vehicle. I have kids!
