My experience at Norm Reeves Honda was mostly a good experience. Trinity Guzman did an exceptional job, she communicated effectively the entire time my vehicle was being worked on. Additionally she was prompt with the outcome of the diagnosis of my vehicle so we could special order the party asap in order to get my vehicle finished as soon as possible. The check in process of my vehicle was somewhat cumbersome and I felt it could Hanne been handled much better but that is not Trinity's fault as I didn't speak with her initially but other service consultants who were working that day

After my new 2019 Honda Accord had a couple traumatic incidents that got us stranded on the freeway in severe hot weather due to a faulty issue in the fuel pump 2 days after I brought it in for a recall service AND another tow-in few minutes after we picked it up from a Honda dealer in Fontana after supposedly being fixed, I lost my trust in Honda. Anthony Sanchez from Norm Reeves Honda brought me back to confidence in driving my car. His calm tone in speaking and his prompt, excellent customer service in assisting me during my stressful situation help tremendously. The best thing of all, my car is back to normal. Let's hope for the car to stay in a good quality for another few years!
