Our GV80 has had a vibration while driving at different speeds for the past several years. First time I dropped off for inspection Technician said it was brakes. I had the brakes replaced. So I took it back for another inspection and now the technician said the tires are out of balance. Took to the tire shop that installed the factory Michelin tires and the stated the tires are not out of balance. We still have a vibration. Not happy.

My car was promised at 1:30. I went to the desk at 2:15 and asked about my car and was told my rep was at lunch. I know you all were busy but if it's going to take longer than usual just tell the customer. My car was supposed to take 2 hours but ended up taking 3.5.

Like I said, Fernando doesn’t make me feel like a customer. He makes me feel like I’m part of the Hyundai family and it’s good not just to feel like just a customer but a friend after all the vehicles I have purchased for my wife or me Hyundai representatives at treated be good and better than any other dealership and includes my Harley dealership. You make me feel like I’m part of the family. You guys couldn’t do anything else but make it any better.
