I’m a first time buyer and initially there were some frustration after i purchase the vehicle 2-3 weeks ago and kind of regretted purchasing from Infiniti, not to elaborate on the issue but Isaac and the entire service dept definitely made up for it. We had a intermittent problem with our Honda Pilot that I thought would be difficult to diagnose but you guys did a great job figuring out what was causing the noise we were hearing and as it turned out the rear engine mount had to be replaced.
