I came at 12.00 PM which was my appt time. My car was taken in at 12.30. promised time was 2.00 and I didn't get my car back till 3.30 PM. I was charged $24.00 for tire rotation and finally they didn't do it saying that there was a nail in my tire . But you charged me full. I expected at least a car wash but it was not done. My service hardly took 20 mims for which I had to wait for 3 hrs. I think an ordinary roadside mechanic can do a better in terms of customer satisfaction.
In short the sweet sing your customer service sings when buying the car is not respected during service. Sayonara will never recommend this place.

Cindy did a great job but for the dealer, not very satisfied. I had to go back so many times for repair of my lift gate and a recall job. It was very frustrating experience. Cindy tried her best to help but what service dept does is beyond her control.

I’m just happy that we got our vehicle back after a month of waiting. Disappointed that after that, there is still things that needed fixing. Been back and forth to the dealership for different Issue of the car. It’s not the employee or people. Very disappointed with Inifiniti Product. New car shouldn’t need fixing. Poor quality!!
