I brought my car in at approximately 8:45 am to have a air bag sencer replaced. I was going to get a loaner car,the advisor said it would only take about one hour and told me that they just took my car in. I choose to wait, after 2 hours I asked how much longer and was told it was almost done and it would be about 10 minutes. The advisor said if I still wanted the loaner and I said yes. It was approximately 1.5 hrs.
Hours later before it was ready. I was never updated I was the one to ask about. The reason was they were having their Tech's training on the new system. I think someone should have come and said it will be longer than expected and let me take the loaner car sooner so I could have left sooner
