I came in for a oil change, tire rotation, and inspection of ripped steering wheel. I specifically asked for my vehicle to not to be washed and it was. I noticed several new swirl marks all over my vehicle. I was told my steering wheel was under warranty, so I booked an appointment to come back at another time when the part came in. I came in the follow appointment and waited two hours for a steering wheel change. As I drove out, I noticed the steering wheel was placed incorrectly as the leather on the side was overriding the plastic. I turned around and brought this to someone’s attention. I then waited another 30 minutes. No one apologized or really took interest. Just stated to leave a good review on this survey. I purchased my vehicle from here and figured I would return to be stay a loyal customer. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I ask for no wash and my car gets washed. I will not be returning to this dealership for any of my car’s maintenance.
