John Yarber has demonstrated professionalism and courtesy and has delivered honest estimates on the service and accurate length of time for the service to be completed. I had a completely bad day and the service rep was amazing he had to tell me some bad news and he did it in the nicest way. He also went above and beyond to make me happy as you didn’t have my tire at the location so he put me in a loaner car. He also checked in with me during the day and helped me get in and out the day I picked up my car. Sometimes you don’t realize kindness goes a long way when a lot of bad things were happening to me. However after waiting for 3 hours got a reply sorry due to the eclectic was down, I have to wait another 2 to 3 hours to put ot in a machine.
