I had mentioned to Gary that the staff person who delivers my/our car should wear gloves to avoid possible contamination during COVID times. Gary mentioned that there are steering wheel and head rest covers, but I said that the staffers also come in contact with interior door handles, gear shift, key fob, etc., when bringing the car up front. Wearing of plastic gloves would go far to eliminate concern of all areas of possible contamination. Simple fix.

After recall C6A service was completed i was not advised on what do to prior to smogging my car. I drove it directly to the smog place which is about .5 miles from the dealer. It failed due to I was supposed to drive it prior to smogging. I would have appreciated being told this

Wait time was too long but to the defense of the staff I did just make the appointment only 3 hours from coming in. Also I will have to rerun to get the oil notification icon reset. It showing oil change at 100% instead of the home screens.
