I feel ripped off and will not be back. I loved the sales department when I bought my car, but service dept. Is terrible. Got the car back filthy, it was left over night for a recall... and returned dirty. Overpriced service work and general manager never responded to my email. What a shame.

I had my windshield replaced and noticed immediately that my interior smells overwhelmingly of gasoline and something... else. It is really unpleasant and I would like to know if this is something I should have told to expect. Furthermore, what am I supposed to do about this smell, which still hasn't really subsided. The first time I took my Honda Civic into Norm Reeves Honda, Huntington Beach I was greeted by John Le, one of the Service Managers who I was impressed with immediately. John was extremely professional, courteous and very caring!
It has now been over 3 years and I still take my car to John for routine check ups, oil changes & tires.
No matter when I call John or show up unannounced to Norm Reeves HB, John always provides me with the same excellent service experience from the very first day I met him.
This type of consistent service is wonderful to experience these days!
I don’t know if you train all of your Sales Managers the way you did John (because he is the only one I go too) but my recommendation is that you use John as a role model!!
