Overall the problem got fixed after 8 days, great.no offer of a loaner vehicle for a 8 days of warranty work.since it was warranty I don’t feel it held much priority hence 8 days in the shop.communication wasn’t the best, although I talked with Tony and he assured me he was calling and leaving voice mails,I just never received them.whether it was his phone or mine idk.after a review I left I did start getting text messages so I was satisfied with a once a day update.

Angela is great. The only suggestion I have is that there needs to be better control over the number of appointments you all take and how pull in are handled. I had a 9:30 appointment for just an oil change and my car sat for an hour.
