Oddly enough, credit to you amazing team, surveys have be one my favorite part of the experience. On the service side, Raul is the reason why I come to your dealer. He is attentive and shows true care for me as a customer. I’d be honest to say that I don’t get the same attention when I take my wife’s Jag out to the dealer.

One of the main reasons I initially brought the car in for was not asdreessed during the 10 days the car was there (waiting for a part). Our inital service representative was no longer working there, so the ball was dropped. I was told to bring it back again for the other service, but we are just frustrated with our experiene there.
