Gabriela Dominguez was wonderful. The only part I didn’t like was that my glove compartment wasn’t put back correctly once the filter was check.

I was satisfied. Work was done in less time than originally planned. The CSR wanted to charge me for the service after I had initially told her that I had Tire Damage Insurance through Ethos. She said that she didn’t see that coverage and after I told her that I had previously gotten new tires with the same insurance coverage and that I didn’t understand why a simple tire patching was going to cost me she just said ok. She didn’t acknowledge that she was wrong in trying to charge me.
