I was being checked in by someone else. Jacob recognized me from being there last week and came over to inquire why I was there (I needed a tire replaced). He kept me informed while the work was being worked on and got me checked out quickly when it was done. Helpful and has a good sense of humor.

This is the second time I have visited your service department and most likely the last. The constant attempt at up selling is rather annoying. Both times I have called ahead and explained the specific service my vehicles service minder is recommending and have been told it will be $54 over the phone and each time once I arrive at the service center I’m told it’s going to be over $160 for break pad lubricant???? WTF
