As part of my service I was to have a front end alignment. My statement shows it was completed. It also indicates the vehicle was test driven. Driving on the way home the vehicle still pulls to the right as it did before the supposed work. Please let me know what you will do to make this right.

I originally called and stated that my computer/radio screen wasn't working in my car. I was told that it was a recall for a software upgrade. I was told it would be about an hour to complete. Upon arriving and dropping off my car I told the people I would be waiting. I had to ask multiple times how much longer it was going to be and was never told that they could not fix the issue. I was there over two hours and my screen was not fixed, I now have to go back, and was only told by the service technician at the end of service. The expectation that was set going into the service call should have never been made for 1 hour if they did not know if the software update was going to fix the issue. Just a little annoyed that no one kept me updated on the issuue and that it couldn't be fixed, and i waited over two hours. Thank you.
