When I first went to get my accessories installed for my new HR-V, I unfortunately had to come back the next day due to one of my mud guards not being installed properly. However, Juan was really good about taking care of us and got us in first thing the following morning and out in less than an hour. I’ve been having some pretty mixed service from Norm Reeves since I’ve gotten my new car last month, but Juan was definitely one of the good ones!

I understand the the wait time is an estimate but they where far from the two hour wait time . And to pay 1097 for new tires and them be so dirty is depressing. I know maybe you guys have them in some type of storage but at least you guys can wash them before they get installed or at least wipe them down
