I was told that my windshield wiper blades are on the verge of being needed to be replaced, which is helpful. However upon entering and driving my car from the dealership I noticed that my windshield and rear window were quite a bit dirtier than they were when I brought it in. This was apparently caused because the windshield washer was tested, but the windshield was not wiped clean after the test.

Overall id have to rate 9/10... i was disappointed i had to call to find out my part was in when i was told i would be contacted when it arrived, kind of a iffy feel. I think it would’ve been a complete accommodating feel if i would’ve had a uber ordered for both ways, i was told i could only get a ride home from dealer, but not when car was ready, its not always easy to get a ride. Other then that my issue for my car was addressed.

1. Arcee was able to answer a question about a problem I had regarding the rear seat access. That was actually an operations problem.
2. Arcee took the time to answer and discuss some technology questions and also informed me about upcoming developments for me to consider as a possible future vehicle purchase.

We are sending this email to you to let you know that we are extremely satisfied with Yvette (I hope we spell it right) she has been an extraordinary help to us. She was extremely courteous and understanding our situation. She was extremely compassionate very nice to me.
We had a problem with the battery that it was not even a year old this battery is been giving us a lot of trouble we’ve been trying to charge it but never holds a charge. We like the service “non-contact” it was extremely speedy she tested the battery and found out it was not working properly so she replace it on the spot she was very professional. Even carry the battery to our Volvo car.
The technician Daniel was also surprised that the battery was not working properly he suspected it was faulty from the beginning. We are very impressed with your service and your employees. We will be recommending this location to our friends that have a lot of Honda cars. Thank you again Yvette for your health even incredible help to us.
