I am not very happy with the service because first of all the mirror on the right hand side that I attached was broken and also the shield underneath the vehicle was not put back and it was loose flying in the wind coming back and grinding on the road also the tab that secures the headlight connector was broken and was left on top of the engine once I open the hood at Midway because of the grinding nose! Another excellent experience with your service department! In addition to servicing our 2017 Honda CR-V, taking my 2019 Acura RDX to your dealership for routine service is more convenient than a drive to Scanlon Acura in Fort Myers. I feel very confident that the quality of the work done is comparable, including the complementary car wash.

Under explain what was going to be done and what the cost would be for an A-1 service on my wife’s 2016 Fit. A 39.95 labor charge for a simple replacement of the cabin filter. I went thru the motion of removing and replace a filter on my 2017 Fit and the procedure took one minute and 53 seconds.

I found it rather unprofessional that my car was returned to me with water spots and residue from testing fluid on front and back windows. I had my car detailed prior to bringing it in for service and I would have appreciated having it returned to me in the same condition I brought it in. Atleast wipe down after. What could take your team a minute to do will make the difference in me returning for further service here.

Everyone was very pleasant. The woman who scheduled my appointment was very helpful and efficient. But when a Service Soon light comes on and you think you need to go in for an oil change and you come out having spent more than $700 makes me realize next time I'll just go to Jiffy Lube. (Yes, we were asked in advance about doing the recommended services. In retrospect I don't believe they were necessary!)
