Jacob Wu was good. I was upset and disappointed at learning that my warranty expired two months ago. When I was buying the car the way it was explained to me was that the extended warranty would also extend the basic 36 month warranty. The only reason I really thought it was a great deal. Unfortunately I feel like it was just a sales gimmick to get me to buy the warranty. For that I’m very disappointed in Honda.

The service is terrible and, after all the time I spent there with no car and single day rentals the car still came back with the same problem. And when I asked all they did was give me a list of routine maintenance that COULD be the issue. Overall bad experience. Definitely not going to dealership UNLESS RECALL
