I took my car in for its usual service routine. And to fix my AC. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the AC because all of the sudden it started working. (Go figure) But Herman knows it has a glitch and is still willing to find a solution. He offered me to bring it by the following week. And put me in a rental so it won't inconvenience my week. Great experience
