I’m sure my concerns were expressed to the assistant service manager. I went to the dealer back in December and Brandon was supposed to submit a claim to Honda regarding some cosmetic defects with my vehicle. Two months later I go to the dealer for an unrelated recall and ask what the outcome of the claim was... only to find out Brandon never did his job after being told what to do by the assistant manager. Today Brandon’s excuse was, “I never did it,” right in front of the assistant manager.

I was forced to either make an unsecured payment over the phone or pick up my car the next day. As I am working from home with my children and being home without a car in case of an emergency situation is a risk. I paid for an oil change that I am not sure if it was actually performed since the B1 service light was on and the dash said I had 10% oil life.
However the biggest disappointment and disgust that I experienced with this services was when I was told that they test drove my car and could not replicate the on going issue with my idle engine stop feature (several occasions of the car completely turning off and has place me and others in danger when the car does not restart and rolls back or places me and my passengers dangerous traffic situation) yet the didn’t not drive my car more that 1/4 mile or less. When I picked up my car and drove a 1/2 mile away the odometer moved one only mile. Now I’m not sure if they even attempted to drive my vehicle to do their “test drive” to replicate the problem since they had to move my vehicle a few times while possibly performing a B1 service from point A to point B as I dropped my car off as a late drop off. I also verify that they have my car a B1 service. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealerships customer service or competency. I will never return to Norm Reeves Honda. I will also share my horrible experiences to my friends and family.

Went in for oil change and also needed to have the trim on my vehicle door looked at and fixed. I had an appointment and my wait time was 3 hrs. I was told they fixed the rattling trim on my vehicle door. I should have checked the work, but after standing and walking around for 3 hrs. I needed to leave in a hurry. When I got home I noticed the problem wasn’t fixed at all!!!! It is so disappointing to think the people you trust with your vehicle will overlook the obvious and say it is fixed. Apparent they are far from detail oriented. I was truly hoping for a much better outcome.

Amazing customer service!!! He and him team did an excellent job quickly, accurately and professionally addressing and locating the problem with my vehicle and fixing it! They had the work done and the car washed before I even got back to the dealership. They went above and beyond to provide me with the best possible customer service they could offer.
