The service in itself was completed. I dad a 1:00 p.m. appointment for a 90 day inspection and a "complimentary" oil change. That is all. I left your parking lot at 2:46 p.m.
The person who made the initial appointment called me several times. Actually called me a second time to make the same appointment, finally realized an appointment had been made, then didn't schedule the oil change. I called two days ahead to confirm the exact time of the appointment and nobody picked up in service, it went to voice mail, then the mail box was full.
