Jennifer did a fantastic job in diagnosing, repairing and communicating the issues with my car. I am certainly going to make this dealership my preferred dealership location moving forward because of her.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 9:15 and after two hours i went to the desk to check. Kevin wasn't there so some-else went to check. he came back and said it will be another 10 min. i forgot to ask if my tires could be rotated and Kevin never offered it. He was very polite
I know the service department was very busy that morning there were lots of cars but after having an appointment I wasn’t expecting to wait two hours for an oil change

On 2-15-21, I came in for my 45k service. Rafael was a true gem and his customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, about a week later, my water pump had a leak in it so I had to come back. Again, Rafael treated me like I was a valued customer. He sent periodic text messages and calls with updates, I felt that he was completely transparent with me and I appreciate it.

Every single person that helped me, three men and one women, showed wonderful customer service. Honestly, I called my husband and told him how much I liked these guys, and he said we’d give our business to them in the future. I don’t know if it’s coming naturally to them, or it’s a real strong push to have your staff show good customer service, but it was so good that I had to share it with my husband. These guys should be recognized for their efforts.
