I was very content with my recent experience. Lilia handled my repairs in a professional and friendly manner. She was transparent through out the whole process and kept me updated ever step of they way. Albeit it took a few weeks because we were waiting on approval from Honda for a service bulletin repair. She even took time to discussed upcoming 100k mile maintenance.
