It was easy to make a reservation for service on the Internet. All personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was given him an appointment time of 12:15 PM on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 12 o’clock and my car wasn’t taken into the shop until 2:00 PM. It was ready at 2:30 PM. I think that since I had a reservation and I was on time for my reservation that the service was very slow. I appreciate the fact that they were busy, however,When you have an appointment the time should be kept.

I have had Manny Sanchez several times for maintainances and repairs for my Honda CRV. He is so efficient, very knowledgeable, fast in getting things done and Super sweet. He goes out of his way, to take good care of my car every time and he keeps Honda of Cerritos live up to its name as the #1 dealer. He would make a wonderful manager- please make him manager. Manny definitely lives up to my high expectations. I have high expectations because I expect a lot from myself as well as a kids doctor.
